Product Introduction

The MT500 Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is a power electronic device that regulates the speed of electric motors by changing the power supply frequency. It is widely used in the fields of industrial automation, building energy conservation, and new energy. Its core function is to convert fixed-frequency (such as 50/60 Hz) alternating current (AC) into output with adjustable frequency and voltage, thereby precisely controlling the motor speed and torque to meet different working condition requirements.

Working Principle: The VFD converts AC power into DC power through a rectifier module and then generates variable AC power through an inverter module. By adjusting the output frequency (0 - 2000 Hz) and voltage amplitude, it enables continuous adjustment of the motor speed while maintaining stable torque. Some high-end VFDs also integrate energy feedback functions, converting the kinetic energy of the motor during deceleration into electrical energy and feeding it back to the power grid, thus improving system efficiency.
